 Clarion County is home to a cluster of manufactured
and fabricated housing entities, several wood products industries, durable goods producers and companies familiar to North America, such as Smuckers, Sealy Mattress, and Georgia Pacific.
Clarion County's economic stability is supported by its prime location to major northern, eastern, and mid-west markets. Manufacturers and distributors  are within one to two trucking days of 82% of the U.S. industrial market and most of southern Ontario's markets, and 79% of U.S. consumer markets. Interstate 80 runs through the center of the county and allows for interstate access to the Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York turnpikes, U.S. Highway 322 and seven state routes facilitate an intricate web of  transportation possibilities throughout the area.
