Wendy Jones – Chief Financial Officer

Wendy Jones 200x200Wendy hails from Brockport, NY and has lived in the Roanoke area since 1989.  She has 35+ years accounting experience with a AAS in Accounting and a BBA from Averett University.  After 10 years working with Allegheny Partners part-time, she joined the Team in November 2018 and is excited to be leading such a wonderful group of Team Mates.  Wendy’s background in the Roanoke community is one of deep care and passion.  She has led several groups to that end and feels Roanoke has a lot to offer.  She and her husband Bob make their home in Salem.

Joe Pritchard – Director of Facilities

Joe-APA Native to Roanoke, VA, Joe Pritchard has 6 years managing of residential and commercial properties. Joe’s extensive knowledge of building systems, the residential and commercial rental market, and the Downtown community help him provide unmatched service to his clients and buildings alike; as well as making him an indispensable part of the Allegheny Partners team. As property manager of The Crossings, Joe plays a key role in building and maintaining one of the most dynamic and successful communities in Downtown Roanoke.

Jennifer Bise – Finance Controller

Jen-APJennifer Bise is a Martinsburg, WV native who migrated south as soon possible. After studying at Virginia Tech, Jennifer joined Allegheny Partners to establish a personal and human connection with her fellow Roanokers and Downtown residents. Whether as property manager to the Lawson Building, Big Lick Junction, and Lawson Self-Storage, or as the ever-patient director of finance for Allegheny Partners Jennifer’s careful, precise and accurate approach has made her a critical part of the team and an important part of the transformation and revitalization of Downtown Roanoke. Jennifer, her husband, and their basset hound, Colonel Marshall can frequently be seen walking the Market, shopping for fresh produce and enjoying all aspects of downtown Roanoke living.
